Do you fix things if the site breaks?
Yes. Production issues caught by our monitoring are fixed at no extra cost. Issues caused by us (deploy breaks the site) — we revert immediately + fix at no cost. Issues caused by you (you installed a plugin that broke things) — fix is billed against your content-edit hour pool.
What if I need more content/dev hours one month?
Over-pool hours billed at $95/hour with prior approval. Unused hours roll over 1 month then expire. Most clients fit within the pool with hours to spare.
Can you maintain sites you did not build?
Yes — about half our maintenance clients have sites built elsewhere. We do a 1-week onboarding (audit + monitoring setup + backup config + access transfer + runbook documentation), then start the monthly cycle.
